====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 10-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel appearing on behalf of the State.

The petitioners are in custody since 26.9.2018 in connection with Sherghati P.S. Case No. 544 of 2018, registered for the offence punishable under Sections 272, 273 and 414 of Indian Penal Code and Section 30 (a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. He submits that petitioners are in custody in connection with seizure of 20 Quintal Mahua flowers. He further submits that petitioners are in custody since 26.09.2018.
