The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with NDPS case NO.31 of 2019 arising out of Barachatti PS Case No.133 of 2019 registered for offences punishable under Sections 8/15, 18(c), 25, 20, 22 NDPS Act..

As per FIR, police has recovered 200 gram of opium from the pocket of the petitioner.

Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that the recovered article is lesser than the commercial quantity and he has no criminal antecedent. He is in custody for eight months.

Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides and in view of the facts and

No.59143 of 2019(3) dt.16-11-2019 2/2 circumstances, as stated above, let the petitioner, above named, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Sessions Judge, Gaya in connection with NDPS Case No.31 of 2019 arising out of Barachatti P.S.Case No.133 of 2019 with condition to cooperate in the investigation. With the above direction, this application is allowed.
