JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 01-08-2019 After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks to challenge the order dated 13.11.2017 passed by the District Magistrate, Bhojpur at Ara in Arms case no. 07 of 2017, whereby and whereunder the petition of the petitioner for grant of arms licence has been rejected, by filing an appeal. Having regard to the submissions made by the petitioner herein, the present writ petition stands disposed off with liberty to the petitioner to file an appeal and in case, an appeal is filed against the aforesaid order dated 13.11.2017 within a period of four weeks from today, the same shall be examined on merits without the authorities being impeded by the issue of limitation.
