This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code and 138 of the Negotiable Instrument Act.

The parties were in business term. The cheque, issued by the petitioner, in token of payment of costs of purchased item, bounced. The petitioner is in custody since 19.10.2016. Considering the aforesaid fact, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Civil Lines P.S. Case No. 159 of 2016 (G.R. No. 2575 of 2016)to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya, or successor Court. (Birendra Kumar, J) SA/- U √ T √
