The petitioner seeks bail in Naokothi P.S. Case No. 92 of 2018, instituted for the offences under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.
It is alleged in the written report that total 1003.68 litres of foreign liquor has been recovered from a pick-up van which was found parked near the house of the petitioner. The petitioner is owner of the vehicle. The huge quantity of foreign liquor was recovered from vehicle of petitioner. Therefore, this court is not inclined to grant bail to petitioner. The prayer for bail is rejected.
