JUSTICE VINOD KUMAR SINHA ORAL ORDER 18-09-2019 This is an application for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Chenari P. S. Case No. 13 of 2019, disclosing offences under Sections 406, 420, 467, 468 and 471 of IPC. Allegation against the petitioner is of obtaining the appointment as Aganbari Sahayika on forged certificate. Submission of the learned counsel for the petitioner is that she has not joined on the post and moreover, the F.I.R. at Page-11 itself disclosed that the mark sheet was verified by the Principal of the School and the same was found true. Heard learned A.P.P. also.

Having heard both sides, considering the above submission, this application is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, in the event of her arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks, be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.58867 of 2019(2) dt.18-09-2019 2/2 bail bond of Rs.25,000/- (Rupees Twenty Five Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M.-II, Sasaram, in connection with Chenari P. S. Case No. 13 of 2019, subject to the condition laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
