The petitioners are apprehending their arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 354, 307 and 379/34 of the Indian Penal Code. It is alleged that the accused persons including the petitioners dragged the wife of the informant in Arhar field when wife of the informant raised alarm then the informant reached to the place and made protest when petitioner no. 1 assaulted with Farsa on the head of the informant and thereafter petitioner no. 2 snatched wrist watch and gold chain from the possession of the informant.

No.46687 of 2014 (02) dt.23-04-2015 2/2 It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that the injury on the head of the informant has been found lacerated of marginal sized caused by hard and blunt substance when the accusation of assault is by Farsa. It is further submitted that the accusation has been levelled due to the protest being made by the petitioners for grazing the crop by the informant through animals.

A statement has been made in para 3 of the petition that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named petitioners be released on anticipatory bail in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of twelve weeks from today, on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui in connection with Lakshmipur P.S. Case No. 182 of 2013, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
