Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 379, 147 and 149 of the Indian Penal Code. 3.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has antecedent of one case and the informant alleges that on account of existing dispute, the accused persons including the petitioner intercepted his son on 6-2-2024 and snatched the key of the tractor and the petitioner snatched the gold chain of his son and, thereafter, Rahesh assaulted his son by an iron rod causing injury on head.

The learned counsel for the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the case with an ornamental allegation that

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.66015 of 2024(2) dt.23-10-2024 2/2 he snatched the gold chain of the son of the informant. It is next submitted that on account of an existing dispute, the informant has falsely implicated the petitioner.

Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner.

Considering the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the petitioner above-named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the learned trial court within a period of six weeks from today, be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned trial court where the case is pending/successor court in connection with Ghoshi P.S. Case No. 72 of 2024, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Cr.P.C.
