2. Petitioner apprehends arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 406, 418, 419, 420 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. According to F.I.R., it is alleged that after receiving consideration amount of Rs. 3,75,000/- from the complainant, this petitioner neither executed the sale deed in favour of the complainant nor returned the money.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that complainant is a property dealer and in order to grab the land of petitioner, he has falsely been implicated in this case. Moreover,

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State as well as learned counsel for the informant vehemently opposed the bail application.
6. Considering the nature of accusation and clean antecedent, this anticipatory bail is allowed and it is ordered that let the above named petitioner in the event of his arrest/surrender before the court below within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Madhubani in connection with Complaint Case No. 39 of 2022, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
