The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Jogapatti (Nawalpur) P.S. Case No. 156 of 2016 registered under Sections 302 and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that the in course of investigation, the witnesses stated that the deceased died due to illness. Further submission is that later on, the informant came to know that her daughter was not killed rather she died due to illness. To that effect, a petition has also been filed in the Court below, which is marked as Annexure-2 to the petition.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2272 of 2017 (7) dt.17-11-2017 2/2 case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-II, Bettiah, District -West Champaran in connection with Jogapatti (Nawalpur) P.S. Case No. 156 of 2016, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
