1. Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and learned counsel for the State.

2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Complaint Case No. 1791 of 2022 registered under

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.68288 of 2023(2) dt.01-11-2023 2/2 Sections 420, 467, 471 and 120(B) of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to land dispute. Further submission is that the present case is of a civil in nature and for the same relief the complainant has already filed a title suit before the competent court, a copy of the same is annexed at Annexure-3 to the bail application. The petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.

4. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bonds each to the satisfaction of Judicial Magistrate-I, Purnea in connection with Complaint Case No. 1791 of 2022, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.
