The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Tandawa P.S. Case No.31 of 2019 registered under Sections 279, 379, 411 of the Indian Penal Code and under section 40 of the Bihar Mines Act and section 15 of the Environment (Protection) Act. The tractor bearing registration no.JH03C-8141 was seized by the police. The tractor was loaded with sands but the driver of the tractor did not show any paper. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner sold the tractor much prior to the occurrence but the owner book is standing in the name of the petitioner. VII-cum-Special Judge, Aurangabad in connection with Tandawa P.S. Case No.31 of 2019 (G.R.
