JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 12-09-2025 At the outset, the learned counsel for the opposite parties-Patliputra University, Patna submits that the Hon'ble Apex Court, by an order dated 8.1.2025, passed in Contempt Petition (C) No. 1188 of 2018, has directed to constitute a Committee for examining the claims of the employees with regard to payment of arrears of salary and pension and in pursuance thereof, a Five Men Committee has also been constituted, hence the petitioner may file a detailed representation along with the requisite documents, within a

Patna High Court MJC No.2250 of 2021(6) dt.12-09-2025 2/2 period of four weeks from today, which shall definitely be disposed off by the said Committee, within a period of three months, thereafter. It is directed accordingly. 2.

It is needless to state that the authorities of the Magadh University shall cooperate with the authorities of the Patliputra University, Patna with regard to expeditious disposal of the claim of the petitioner within the time stipulated hereinabove. 3.
