2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that having been granted the privilege of anticipatory bail by order dated 20.09.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53357 of 2018 (Annexure-1) the petitioner was unable to arrange the bailors required for furnishing bail bonds within time.

3. Having regard to the statement made in the modification petition the order dated 20.09.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 53357 of 2018 is modified only to the extent

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.74037 of 2018 dt.02-01-2019 2/2 that the stipulated period of six weeks for surrender and furnishing of bail bonds shall be reckoned from today only in case of the present petitioner.
