Petitioner is in custody in connection with Kadamkuan PS Case No. 288 of 2018 for the alleged offence under Sections 457, 380 and 441 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel representing the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 03.08.2018. He further submits that nothing was recovered from his possession. Petitioner has been arrested on suspicion and confessional statement was obtained by the police.
