The petitioner seeks bail in Janki Nagar P. S. Case No. 141 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 353, 332, 307, 504 and 506 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for petitioner submits that petitioner is named in the written report along with 30 other accused persons. There is general and omnibus allegation against this petitioner in the written report.

In the written report , it is alleged that police party had gone to vacate the land in compliance of the order of the Hon'ble Court passed in CWJC No. 21568 of 2012 and then this petitioner along with 30 named accused persons and 300 other

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.76664 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 accused persons started creating disturbance by inflicting bow and arrow on police force with intention to kill them. Considering the aforesaid, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/-(Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the CJM, Purnea, in connection with Janki Nagar P. S. Case No. 141 of 2018 subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be the close relative of the petitioner.
