Gone through the report. From perusal of the same it is evident that learned lower court had asked for 3-4 months time to have examination of prosecution witnesses completed. As such, the learned lower court is directed to conclude the trial within five months without adjourning the matter on flimsy grounds failing which will submit an explanation. With the aforesaid observation, instant petition is disposed of.
