This is a petition for grant of regular bail for offences under Sections 406, 420 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code. Allegation is that the petitioner was involved in gambling and allowing others to play. The petitioner is in custody since 28.11.2016.

Considering the period already undergone by the petitioner and nature of allegation, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Buxar Town P.S. Case No. 440 of 2016 to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Buxar, or successor Court.
