2. The petitioner are in custody in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 323 of 2023 for the offence under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 325, 307, 302, 354, 379, 120B of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and he is in custody since 27.3.2024.

4. Petitioner is the member of a mob of fourteen persons, who have killed one person and injured four persons. There is no allegation against the petitioner of having injured the deceased.

5. Considering the aforesaid facts, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.67033 of 2024(2) dt.05-10-2024 2/2 bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M-1st Class, Rosera, Samastipur in connection with Rosera P.S. Case No. 323 of 2023.
