The petitioners are apprehending arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 504/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the accused persons assaulted the informant with 'khanti, 'rama' and 'falsa' in the background of land dispute.

It is submitted by learned counsel for the petitioners that there is no injury caused to the informant, a statement to this effect has been made paragraph 10 of the petition. There is counter version of the occurrence also and petitioner's side has also received injury.

Considering the aforesaid facts, let the above named

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.50350 of 2014 (3) dt.27-04-2015 2/2 petitioners be released on provisional anticipatory bail for a period of three months, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of 12 weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of `10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Chief Judicial Magistrate, Gaya in connection with Chandoati P.S. Case No.189 of 2014, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.

The provisional bail of the petitioner will be confirmed on verification of the fact that no injury has been caused to the informant otherwise the petitioner will surrender before the learned court below and pray for regular bail. (Dinesh Kumar Singh, J) Ashwini/- U T
