This is a petition for grant of anticipatory bail for offences under Sections- 354 & 379 & other minor sections of the Indian Penal Code.

The petitioner had lodged Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 38 of 2016 against husband of the informant of the present case. Submission is that to pressurize for withdrawal of the aforesaid case, in the present case, the allegation has been levelled that the petitioner attempted to outrage the modesty of the informant and also, committed assault and theft. Considering the background of the allegation, levelled against the petitioner, let the petitioner named above in the event

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.4087 of 2017 (2) dt.23-02-2017 2/2 of his arrest or surrender in the court below within four weeks from today, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each in connection with Kishanganj P.S. Case No. 406 of 2016 to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Kishanganj subject to the condition as laid down u/S 438(2) of the Cr.P.C.
