JUSTICE AJAY KUMAR TRIPATHI ORAL JUDGMENT Date: 09-05-2016 Yet another case where the BSRTC has neither settled the claim of the petitioner though the petitioner had retired on 31.1.2010 nor would they file a counter affidavit indicating the position as to the steps taken.

The Court is not inclined to adjourn the matter any further. A direction is given upon the Administrator to settle the legitimate claim and dues of the petitioner in terms of the procedure so adopted with regard to retired employees of the Corporation either in terms of the scheme or in terms of the scheme rendered in CWJC

Patna High Court CWJC No.21316 of 2014 dt.09-05-2016 2/2 No.15166 of 2014 with regard to settlement of CPF as well as payment of interest on delayed payment. All this exercise must be done within a period of three months from the date of production of a copy of this order.
