Patna High Court MJC No.4362 of 2016(6) dt.13-03-2019 2/2 Having regard to the steps taken by the University, particularly the statement in paragraph-7 of the show cause that petitioners were restored possession of the premises way back in January, 2017, this Court is not inclined to proceed further in the matter.

So far as the criminal case is concerned, liberty shall be available to the petitioners to approach appropriate forum in accordance with law.

With the aforesaid, the present proceeding is dropped and the application stands disposed of.
