Mr. Panchanand Pandit ====================================================== CORAM: HONOURABLE MR. JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 11-01-2019 Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner and the learned A.P.P. for the State.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chowk P.S. Case No. 448 of 2018 (Special Case No. 10864 of 2018) registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a) of the Bihar Excise Amendment Act, 2016.

The allegation is recovery of six litres of illicit English wine and 20 litres of Mahua liquor from a Verna car and the driver of the said car was arrested by the Police who has disclosed the name of the petitioner as the person who was the owner of the said illicit liquor.

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and in fact the said car also does not belong to the petitioner.

Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, is directed to be released on regular bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Rs. Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Special Judge, Excise, Patna in connection with Chowk P.S. Case No. 488 of 2018 (Special Case No. 10864 of 2018).
