The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Kaler P.S.Case No.30/14 registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

The accusation is that on 01.06.2014 Sanjat Paswan and Rahul Paswan both sons of petitioner no.1, Vidya Ram came and started to fix peg. When the informant made protest they abused and also caused injury through peg on his head upon which he became unconscious. When Gayatri Devi, wife of the informant rushed to save the informant, both the petitioners assaulted her

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the allegation against the petitioners is to cause injury on the head of the informant due to land dispute but injury of informant is simple in nature which is detailed in order dated 18.08.2016 whereby prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioners have been refused by A.B.P. No.773/16 by the court of Sessions Judge, Jehanabad. Having regard to the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned J.M., 1st Class, Jehanabad, in connection with Kaler P.S. Case No.30/14, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr.P.C. (Rajendra Kumar Mishra, J) AnilKrSinha/- U
