2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Chapra Muffasil P.S. Case No. 730 of 2022 registered on 06.10.2022 lodged under Sections 394, 307/34 of the I.P.C and 27 of the Arms Act

3. As per the prosecution case, F.I.R. has been lodged against three unknown accused persons against whom the allegation of loot is there that they have committed loot of Rs. 12,84,916/- from the Godown of the informant and fired gunshots.

4. Counsel for the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner has been figured in this case by virtue of confessional

He further submits that petitioner is in custody since 24.04.2023 having seven criminal case pending against him and in all cases, he is on bail.

5. Learned counsel for the State opposes the prayer for bail and submits that there are seven cases pending against the petitioner so at the time of granting bail, this aspect may also be taken into consideration.

6. In the present facts and circumstances of this case, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner. 7.Accordingly, the prayer for grant of regular bail is hereby rejected. However, petitioner shall be at liberty to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge in this case. (Dr. Anshuman, J) Sunnykr/- U T
