JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 30-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioner and State. The petitioner is in custody in connection with Begusarai Town P.S. Case No. 232 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 307/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that though the petitioner is in custody since 24.05.2018, he was not put on T.I.P. He submits that nothing was recovered from the house of the petitioner. He further submits that the age of the petitioner does not tally with the age indicated in the F.I.R. of the alleged miscreants.

Considering the fact that the petitioner is in custody since 24.05.2018, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees
