Petitioner is in custody in connection with Spl. Case No. 898 of 2019 arising out of Kursakanta (Sonamani Gudam O.P.) P.S. Case No. 184 of 2019 for the offence under section 30(a) of Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner would submit that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that in the instant case total 43.500 liters of nepali wine was seized from the possession of the petitioner.

The petitioner submits that petitioner is in custody since 18.7.2019.

Considering the fact that petitioner has no criminal
