The petitioner seeks bail in Gadhpura P.S. Case No. 3 of 2021 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 498 of 2021, registered for the offence punishable under Section 392 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is a case of road robbery wherein on the point of gun, one pickup van was robbed.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is not named in the FIR. During course of investigation, name of this petitioner surfaced in this case on his own confession before the police. No looted article has been recovered from possession of this petitioner. Till date petitioner has not been put on test identification parade. Petitioner is in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.72159 of 2021(2) dt.10-03-2022 2/2 custody since 21.06.2021. Investigation is complete. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner above-named, is directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-I, Begusarai in connection with Gadhpuar P.S. Case No. 3 of 2021 corresponding to Sessions Trial No. 498 of 2021.
