Petitioners seek bail in Sultanganj P.S. Case No. 87 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 364 Indian Penal Code. Later on Sections 302, 201, 120(B)/34 are also added.
It is alleged in the written report that brother of the informant had gone to Maheshwari Plaza, Rampur Nahar Road, but he did not return till 12.00 noon. It is alleged that on confession being made by co-accused Munna Ram dead body was recovered. The informant has raised suspicion in the written report against the petitioners along with other accused persons of committing murder because they had given threat to the
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.76979 of 2018(2) dt.20-12-2018 2/2 brother of the informant.
Petitioners are said to be in custody since 01.05.2018 having clean antecedents.
In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioners for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioners, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, VI, Patna City, Patna, in connection with Sultanganj P.S.
