This application is for grant of anticipatory bail in connection with Kotwali P.S. Case No. 204 of 2015 for the offence under Sections 467, 471, 472 and 420 of the Indian Penal Code.

It is submitted on behalf of the petitioner that even from the First Information Report that materials collected during the course of investigation Bharat Prasad on whose name the account was opened bears his photograph, the petitioner has been made accused in this case and further it is alleged that in the absence of the petitioner, huge pass books and other articles have been seized by the Police.

No.4848 of 2017 (2) dt.14-02-2017 2/2 From perusal of the impugned order itself it appears that the case diary, the real name of Bharat Prasad, son of Ram Prasad is Mukesh Kumar, son of Late Chandeshwar Sharma, who runs a shop at Kurji Balu Par and a huge number of pass books were found by the Police from the other shop of the petitioner. Having heard both sides. In view of the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to grant anticipatory bail to the petitioner. With the aforesaid observation, this application is dismissed.
