2. The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 109, 324(4), 303(2), 351(2) and 3(5) of B.N.S., 2023.

3. As per F.I.R., these petitioners are alleged to have assaulted the informant with butt of pistol. It is further alleged that they also snatched gold locket and damaged the J.C.B. machine and motorcycle.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that, as a matter of fact, on the date of occurrence, petitioners were returning their home from market. On the way near Mittan

No.61833 of 2025(2) dt.09-09-2025 2/2 Bigha, informant had parked his J.C.B. machine on the road on account of which verbal duel took place between the parties which was followed by marpeet. Allegation of assault is general and omnibus. Injuries sustained by the informant are simple in nature. Rest of the allegations are ornamental. Petitioners claim clean antecedent.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

6. Considering the nature of accusation, nature of injuries and clean antecedent, let the above named petitioners, in the event of arrest/surrender within a period of eight weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Jehanabad, in connection with Ghoshi (Okari) P.S. Case No. 237 of 2025, subject to condition as laid down under Section 482 of the Bhartiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023.
