JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 15-04-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For issuance of an appropriate writ in quashing the order dated 02.01.2020 passed by Child Development Project Officer (C.D.P.O.) Bhargama, District- Araria (in Anganwari Appeal Case No. 1/2019-20) whereby and whereunder selection of the petitioner has been cancelled, contained in Annexure-8.

(ii). For issuance of an appropriate writ in quashing the order dated 11.08.2023 passed by the Divisional Commissioner, Purnea in

Patna High Court CWJC No.14197 of 2023(2) dt.15-04-2024 2/2 Anganwari Revision Case No. 37/2022 whereby and whereunder the Revision Application filed by the Respondent No. 7 contained in Annexure10. (iii). For issuance of an appropriate writ commanding to reinstate the petitioner on the post of Anganwari Sevika of Ward No. 7 Gram Panchayat Raghunathpur Dakshin, P.S.- Bhargama, District- Araria with all consequential benefits."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law including that of filing a suit before the learned Civil Court having competent jurisdiction. Liberty, so sought, is granted. 3.

The writ petition stands dismissed.
