Petitioner seeks bail in Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 424 of 2018 instituted for the offence under Section(s) 414/34 Indian Penal Code.

It is alleged that the police intercepted one motorcycle on which this petitioner was sitting along with Gautam Kumar. They could not produce any paper. It is alleged that on search certain articles like screwdriver, one master key of motorcycle, electric wire etc., as mentioned in the written report, was recovered from the bag of Gautam Kumar.

There is no recovery of any article from possession of the petitioner.

Petitioner is said to be in custody since 28.07.2018

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.80700 of 2018(2) dt.17-01-2019 2/2 having clean antecedents.

In the facts and circumstances of the case, prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail is allowed. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in connection with Pirbahore P.S. Case No. 424 of 2018, subject to the condition that both the bailors shall be close relative of the petitioner.
