1. Heard the parties.

2. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the present writ application is covered by the judgment, dated 30.04.2025, passed in LPA No. 683 of 2023.

3. Learned counsel for the State submits that it is true that the relief prayed for in the present writ application and the

Patna High Court CWJC No.17476 of 2015(9) dt.16-09-2025 2/2 facts are fully covered by the Division Bench judgment of this Court (supra).

4. Considering the aforesaid submissions, the present writ application is disposed exactly in terms of order dated 30.04.2025 passed by the Division Bench of this Court in LPA No. 683 of 2023. Respondents are directed to follow the operative portion of the order in LPA No. 683 of 2023.

5. With the aforesaid observation and direction, the present writ application is disposed.
