2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest for the offences alleged under Sections 406/420 IPC and Section 138 of the N.I. Act registered in connection with Complaint Case No. 4180 of 2012.
3. Learned counsel for the petitioner makes a short submission to the effect that though the petitioner had been granted anticipatory bail by order dated 04.08.2014 in Cr. Misc. No. 46168 of 2013 the pre-condition of making deposit of Rs. 3,50,000/- within a period of four weeks could not be complied within time owing to financial constraints and such deposit could be tendered before the learned Court below belatedly on 07.11.2014, the same was not accepted being beyond the stipulated period in terms of the bail order.

4. Learned counsel for the OP No. 2 is present and has been heard.

Having regard to the entirety of the facts and circumstances, in the event of the petitioner's arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from the date of communication of this order, let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Hajipur, Vaishali, in connection with Complaint Case No. 4180 of 2012, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) Cr.P.C., with the further condition that the petitioner shall deposit a sum of Rs. 3,50,000/- within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order before the learned trial Court and such deposit shall be subject to result of the trial.
