The petitioners apprehend their arrest in Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 213 of 2015 instituted for the offence under Sections 304(B) and 201/34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act.
It has been submitted that these petitioners are father-in-law and mother-in-law of the deceased. There is general and omnibus allegation against them.
From the written report, it appears that no specific allegation of overt act is alleged against these petitioners. In the circumstances, prayer of the petitioners for anticipatory bail is

In the event of surrender/arrest of the petitioners, named above, within six weeks from today in connection with Dulhin Bazar P.S. Case No. 213 of 2015, they shall be released on anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-III, Danapur, Patna, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) Cr.P.C.
