The present petition has been filed seeking the following relief :- "(i) For issuance of an appropriate writ/ writs, order or orders in the nature of Mandamus for

Patna High Court CWJC No.17699 of 2015(2) dt.21-09-2023 2/2 a directing and commanding the respondents to pay the revised fifth pay replacement scale of Rs. 5,000-8000 and 6th Pay scale replaced scale 9300-34800+ 4800 grade pay applicable to the petitioner who has been retired as Instructor on regular basis from 10+2 Rastriya High School cum Inter College, Narharpur, Saran at Chapra which is due since January 2006 and further for a direction upon the respondent to pay the recovered amount of Rs. 1,19,241.00 with interest and as much as for a direction upon the respondents to pay the time bound promotion and A.C.P. to the Petitioner which are applicable to the Government employee in terms of the policy decision with all legal, consequential and financial benefit following from such promotion with statutory interest and cost of litigation to the petitioner forthwith. "

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the respondent authorities for redressal of his subsisting grievances, if any. Liberty so sought, is granted.
