JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 05-09-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For issuance of a direction to the Respondent authorities to take action against the Respondents No. 8 and 9, who have forcibly broken the door of the office of the Principal (petitioner) and taken custody of all the registers, paper and bank account etc.

(ii). For issuance of a direction to the Respondent

Patna High Court CWJC No.18213 of 2015(3) dt.05-09-2024 2/2 authorities to make an enquiry about the misappropriation of grant given by the State Government to the Dr. Jagannath Mishra Mahavidyalaya, Mau, Tekari, by the Respondents No. 8 and 9.

(iii). For issuance of a direction to the Respondent authorities to stop working of the Respondent No. 9 in the college as she is not eligible and entitled to illegally hold the post of Principal of the College."

Considering the nature of relief sought for by the petitioner in the present writ petition, I deem it fit and proper to grant liberty to the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies as are otherwise available under the law. 3.
