Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 175 of 2016 registered under Section 47(G) of the Bihar Excise Act, 2016.
Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is not the owner of the seized motorcycle. Petitioner has been implicated in this case due to village politics and personal grudge. Petitioner has clean antecedent. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/-
Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2275 of 2017 (3) dt.23-02-2017 2/2 (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate, Darbhanga in connection with Baheri P.S. Case No. 175 of 2016 subject to the conditions as laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
