JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 09-05-2019 After hearing the parties, the Court finds that the rub between the parties is on a very trivial issue. There is no dispute as to the allotment. There is no dispute as to payment. The only dispute is that the petitioner is not personally appearing before the Housing Board for verification of the document. If that is the position, the Court directs the petitioner to either personally or through counsel appear on or before 15th of May, 2019. The Housing Board is required to verify the documents in presence of the petitioner or her counsel and thereafter complete the formalities as to registration of the

Patna High Court CWJC No.2028 of 2017(5) dt.09-05-2019 2/2 document on or before 16th of May, 2019 and thereafter the Housing Board shall take step for registration of the document in accordance with law within a maximum period of one month i.e. by 17th of June, 2019.

It is made clear that the aforesaid arrangement is made in order to finalize the deed and any dillydally in this regard would be viewed seriously.

With the aforesaid, the writ petition stands disposed of.
