The petitioners are in custody in connection with Musrigharari P.S. Case No. 137 of 2018 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 33, 341, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and Section 25(1-b)a 26/35 of the Arms Act. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that petitioners have no criminal antecedent. He further submits that petitioners are in custody since 14.09.2018. He further submits that the petitioners and informant are co-villager and due to long standing enmity several cases are pending between the parties and due to which informant made accused these petitioners in the instant case. He further submits that country made pistol

Considering the totality of the facts situation, let the petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the Learned C.J.M. Samastipur, in connection with Musrigharari P.S. Case No. 137 of 2018.
