Petitioners apprehend their arrest in Jakkanpur P.S. Case No.316 of 2019 registered under Sections 498A, 323 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code and under sections 3 and 4 of the D.P. Act.

It is alleged that the petitioners, who are father-inlaw, mother-in-law and sister-in-law of the informant, subjected the informant to physical and mental torture. Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners are father-in-law, mother-in-law and sister-in-law of the informant. The informant was living separately with her

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.59640 of 2019(2) dt.25-09-2019 2/2 husband. They have no concern with the family affairs of the informant and her husband. The petitioners have falsely been implicated in the case.

Having considered the facts that the petitioners are father-in-law, mother-in-law and sister-in-law of the informant, the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest or surrender before the learned court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt/production of a copy of this order, are directed to be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned A.C.J.M. I, Patna Sadar/Concerned Court in connection with Jakkanpur P.S. Case No.316 of 2019 (G.R. No.4344 of 2019), subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438 (2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
