The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sadar (Saharsa) P.S. Case No. 656 of 2016 registered under Sections 341, 504, 307, 326, 34 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that name of the petitioner has been dragged in this case due to previous enmity of Panchayat Election. It is also submitted that no fire arm injury was found by the doctor at the hand of the injured.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.2288 of 2017 (3) dt.16-02-2017 2/2 event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the C.J.M., Saharsa in connection with Sadar (Saharsa) P.S.
