The petitioner is in custody in connection with Mansoorchak P.S. Case No. 63 of 2018 for the offence under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3/4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 07.10.2018. He submits that the petitioner is Fufera brother of the informant. He submits that the petitioner is the only middleman in the settlement of the marriage. Considering the fact that the petitioner has got no criminal antecedent and he is in custody since 07.10.2018 and he is relative of the informant and only negotiated the marriage of the informant, the petitioner, named above, is directed to be
