JUSTICE HEMANT KUMAR SRIVASTAVA ORAL ORDER 18-01-2019 Heard learned counsel for the petitioners as well as learned Addl. Public Prosecutor for the State. Petitioners seek bail in a case registered under sections 354, 504, 506, sections 8, 12 of the POCSO Act and section 66 of the Information Technology Act.

Petitioners are in jail custody since 29.10.2018 and accusation of taking obscene photograph of the informant's daughter is against co-accused Sanjay Kumar Sah. The only allegation against the petitioners is that when the informant made complain, petitioners abused him.

Considering the facts and circumstances as well as submissions of the parties, let the petitioners be released on bail
