The petitioner further prays for a direction to the concerned Respondent authorities for making a payment of compensation amount for her mental agony as about one year has been elapsed regarding handed over the Paddy of the petitioner to the concerned PACCS but up till now payment of the same has not been made to the petitioner by the respondent authorities. The petitioner further prays for any other relief (s) for which she is entitled in the eye of law."

After the matter was heard for some time, learned counsel for the petitioner, under instructions, seeks permission to withdraw the present petition reserving liberty to file a fresh petition with better particulars, on the same and subsequent cause of action, if so required and desired.

Permission granted with liberty, as prayed for. As and when any such petition is filed, the same shall be listed on priority basis.

Instant petition stands dismissed as withdrawn in the aforesaid terms.
