Despite valid service of copy of the petition, no one appears for the State.

The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Sahebpur Kamal P.S. Case No. 312 of 2018 registered under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Considering the nature of allegation made in the FIR and the submissions made by the learned counsel for the petitioners, the petitioners, who are father-in-law and mother-inlaw of the informant, are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of
