The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "i) A writ in the nature of certiorari setting aside the letter No. 16-0485/Pan dated 18.6.2015 issued under the signature of respondent No.4 under which selection/engagement of petitioner as Executive Assistant has been cancelled from the date of issuance of selection letter.

ii) To reinstate the petitioner on the post of Executive Assistant with all consequential monetary benefit.

Patna High Court CWJC No.18557 of 2015(2) dt.05-10-2023 2/2 iii) Alternatively either allow the petitioner to continue on the post of Executive Assistant or restore the actual position in panel or make payment of due remuneration since 9.6.2014 to till date as petitioner has already worked during this intervening period."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner though does not seek to press the present writ petition, however, seeks a direction upon the respondent-authorities to pay the amount already sanctioned on the head of remuneration for the period, the petitioner had worked, in case the same has not already been paid. It is directed, accordingly. 3.

The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed. (Mohit Kumar Shah, J) kanchan/- U
