Petitioner apprehends arrest in connection with Jehanabad P.S. Case No. 813 of 2019 registered for the offence punishable under section 302 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code and section 27 of the Arms Act.
Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that petitioner has not committed any offence as alleged in the first information report and he has been falsely implicated in this case due to dirty village politics. Similarly situated co-accused has been granted bail by this Court vide order dated 15.02.2022 passed in Cr. Misc. No.
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.71594 of 2021(2) dt.25-03-2022 2/2 618 of 2022.
Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and the submissions advanced on behalf of the parties, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of arrest or surrender within a period of four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jehanabad in connection with Jehanabad P.S.
